Really love the MC Beaton adaptation of Agatha Raisin. Ashley Jensen and the cast are excellent!! Wish we could get it in the states sooner when its released. Hope they keep renewing the series.

There are murder mysterious, but the program doesn't take itself too seriously. The interactions between the regular characters made me laugh. I hope there will be another season soon.

The murder mysteries are intriguing, of course, but the emphasis is not on violence - it's on the most lovable, eccentric and downright fun cast of characters in all their amusing absurdity. This is the fourth in the series and is a delightful, fun and attention keeping as the others. I was a fan of the books and was delighted that Ms. Jensen is a great choice to play her. The show keeps the humor and action of the novels.
