Pyrex 4 Quart Glass Mixing Bowl

I purchased this bowl specifically for breadmaking. Pyrex is well known for its durability and quality. My great grandmother and grandmother both used Pryrex glass. It can't be beat. I plan to add to my Pyrex glass collection over time. It's worth every penny.

I haven't used the bowl yet. I purchased it because I grew up with Pyrex kitchenware and know its excellent reputation firsthand. I especially like the shape of the bottom. There are no dips for batters to fill so the beaters or spoons can't get to them.

It's nice and big, so I can mix up lots of food from meatloaf to cake dough, potato salad, etc. I like that it's weighty, doesn't scoot around. Also, it doesn't stain. I can see on the bottom if everything is mixed in well. It cleans up like a dream. Good quality product. Wish I had bought ...
