It also talks about being color coded so each can be food specific-one for meat, one for vegetables, etc. The price is excellent for 3 pieces. Unfortunately, in reality, you only get one cut...

I bought this product for it's value. The description described it as a three piece set when in fact you receive only one board. Not such a value for the price this way. I have since returned the product. I have gone back on web site and they have since changed the description.

It is a bit bigger than I was expecting but finally it appeared to be a good feature. Scratch resistant - at least during the first week of using :)
