Excellent bike but shipping was hard on it. FedEx had it on its side on top of piled up boxes. Ridiculous! Bike is very well built and drives great around city conditions. Not enough gears to accomplish big hills easily. Didn't expect the quality to be so great. Kudos to Kent!

It would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the seat. Very low quality, terribly uncomfortable. Can't get rid of the break sqeal. No problem with the gears, shifts smooth.
