Gorgeous chair! Looks just as luxurious as the pic. Yes, firm and I love it.. just what I needed for my back. Only con is the screws to attach the back will not tighten completely... which is a little annoying. Minimal movement results. Overall an excellent piece of furniture.

The chairs are very pretty and professional looking. They are a bit stiff but that's to be expected brand new although a bit more padding in the seat would be best.
