I've never had ancient grains, however they're really good. Other reviews said the smell is bad but it smelled like honey to me. I love almonds so that's my favorite part about the cereal. A lot of chewing is involved but it's worth it. You feel full after also.

I have eaten several boxes of this cereal over the past few months and I absolutely love it. It tastes great, it is filling, and it stays crisp in milk. One of the best dry cereals I have ever eaten and that has been at least 60 years. Hat's off to Kellogg's!

This cereal is wonderful!! The taste is so yummy and you have a little hint of honey that just tops it off! Plus not only does it taste good it has much protein in it which is so important to me because I am a vegetarian. You get the best of both worlds!!! <3
