I got this for my Grand kids, they are always buying cone of ice. I was very pleased. My Grand daughter and I tried it out, and it works great! I was really amazed how it shaves the ice perfectly! Very easy to use, and easy clean up! We love it

This machine makes me happy! Has LOTS of power. But it is plastic so treat it gently and it will preform as advertised!
