This is the best and most efficient way to poach eggs, this is our second unit after 2 years of using it twice a day. We like the cookie maker as well in this style.

Seriously, I have no idea how I got along without this before. The boiled eggs peel perfectly and are cooked to perfection. The poached eggs are really nice as well. The only drawback is tha tyou can't do more than 7 eggs at a time.
