this is really nice. i have trouble falling asleep so this helped me relax and ease my anxiety. chamomile is really good for sleep and reducing menstrual pains as well. it also helps lower blood sugar :) i love this stuff and will buy again

This tea was given to me to try by my friend. This tea has a sweet fruity aroma and is very smooth. This is a nice tea if you need a little help calming down before bed. It doesn't need sugar.

I Love Tazo Calm tea... both the flavor and the taste. I do not care for camomile tea by itself and this is a blend with lemon grass and other leaves. I have it most evenings after dinner as part of my routine for calming the body and mind down before bed.
