This was a light and sweet tasting olive oil from Australia that my doctor recommended to me to improve my IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) issues. Once I started using the oil on my food things have em proved very much. The olive oil is also quite reasonably priced.

This olive oil has a well-rounded, pleasant flavor. I would appreciate more distinct, peppery notes, as well, that's just my own preference.

Delicious. Smells like fresh cut grass. When you take off the lid a wonderful pouring spout pops up and that is just an added bonus. My new favorite olive oil.
