I was expecting an overwhelming strong flavor because of the origins. I was pleasantly surprised by the aroma and the taste. I normally try to go with out cream and sugar and this coffee was good that way, The color and aroma suggested freshness and a a full flavor. I would buy this coffee.

Bold taste without being heavy. Rich chocolate, made richer with subtle plum. Ground well in our food processor. Used a frechpress travel mug to brew outstanding coffee. We like our coffee black. Very satisfying flavor. Looking forward to adding collagen to my next brew.
