I love the NONspicy flavor of this Jerky seasoning. I have looked for a seasoning that isn't laced with far to much pepper or spices for Jerky (which I love) and sausage . I have tried both and I love both, I have yet to try the hickory jerky flavor but I have one I will use it soon.
