Bought this for my wife. Only loaded 10-lbs to start. Fit was good, snugged up nicely, no complaints. The only pain was inserting the 1-lb weights into the individual sleeves. Very tight....worried about ripping the material but finally got them installed.

I love it! The weights come in 2-pound increments that you can add up to the 20-pounds as you see fit. I am very pleased with this vest and would definitely recommend to anyone. I have used it almost everyday for 3 months and it has held up very well.

Great for exercise, especially as a female. Always if you have back problems it can help to, definitely if you need something to help pop it (I'm not a doctor). Comes with the little sand bags, which is what I was looking for since it's a little ridiculous to how others make you buy them separate.
