I've been using the NOW Brand of Tapioca Flour for years and thought I would give this brand (Ener-G Foods) a try since it was cheaper. The flour came in a sturdy, cardboard box (that can be recycled) and has a great flavor, comparable to the NOW Brand. Overall a great purchase!

I used it for making chipa, a sort of Paraguayan cheesy bread. It came out good, a little more finely ground than it needed, but good. Price is the best I could find online, but it's got nothing on that $0.79/pound tapioca flour I'd get from Chinatown.
