Simply, old-school trap/hex bar. No extra handles, weights 20 kg / 44 lbs. so figuring weights is the same as with a standard Oly bar.

I got this for 70 here at Walmart and it's fantastic. Large diameter in the center. I am 6" and I can fully sit on my heels and stand without any discomfort or getting my knees near the bar. Great welds, looks like it can hold all the weight it has room for.

This is a good solid bar, at a great price. Plenty of room to hold plates. Also, the knurling is done right. I've loaded up to 600 lbs on it, and doesn't bend at all. No problems dropping it either. It really depends on if you want raised grips or not (which I don't), this bar is definately worth...
