Tastes good and mixes up well too. Beyond that, this new Nitro Tech has all the goodies of muscle stregth and size gains packed in. I can take this on the go after my workouts and know I'm getting enough creatine, betaine, and BCAAS. Very effective all in one protein.

This is your typica vanilla tasting protein. However at 30 grams of protein per scoop it lasts a long time and it blends with water like a dream! Highly recommend.
