I love this bar, and have one sometimes for snack, sometimes I have it for lunch. It helped me lose 35 lbs this past year. My Hubs and I keep boxes of it on our boat to eat while we are fishing!

I can't find any brick & mortar or online resources to buy these anymore. This was my favorite stop gap when I wanted a high protein source in a small food quantity. The best part was this was not another thinly disguised candy bar protein source.
