I love this product, but like so many others, couldn't figure out how to sharpen it. I read on another site that on dual sharpeners there is an insert that can be taken out of the larger hole. I tried it, and the pencil fit. lf you freeze it first, it sharpens wonderfully.

I have found this Dark Brown Rimmel Brow this Way an absolute god send. I use it daily on my eyebrows and lips. Fantastic having it in my handbag to top up. I had no problem buying a suitable large pencil sharpener.
