Love, love this product. It made my hair softer than any deep conditioner I have ever used. The tape does come off on the foil cap if you are not careful but I just gathered it in front with a hair tie and it worked perfectly.

Awful product: 1. Mask did zero actually made my hair drier and coarser!! 2. The “steaming cap” was awful, hard to get around my hair and head without pulling hair back out and I do not have a large head!! 3. The TAPE came off the cap and immediately was completely devoid of adhesive. I finally ...
