I am not sure about the appetite suppressant yet. This Girl Scout Thin Mint sure do taste good, just like Thin Mints. I always crave a snack in between lunch and dinner. This little snack does a great job of tiding me over until dinner gets here. Bonus for me the are Gluten Free and High Protein.

This is actually a protein bar that I think my kids would like. I don't mind replacing a meal with this bar. I does a good job as a meal replacement. I am not starving by time for next meal. I will definitely keep in my purse and at work in case I don't get a chance to make lunch.
