Just bought this and applied it over regular nail polish! Made sure the layer wasn't too thick or thin. Absolutely loved it. It dries fast and stays strong. There is a “jelly” effect after applying. (But also to do with my semi transparent light pink nail polish)

I tried this top coat over OPI polish and had great coverage and shine. My manicure lasted a week which is more than I expected. I haven't used polish much in the past because it never lasted. This was great and I plan to use it regularly.

Luv, luv, luv this product. I heard about it from Nicole G but she suggested using a fast dry top coat since this product really doesn't dry fast. My polish doesn't chip for days. So far I've had this polish for a week, cuticles need work but my nails still look great.
