[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Equate Cooling Severe Daytime Cold and Flu Relief Vapor Ice works wonderfully for me. I do get colds when the winter comes and get some in early fall. This helps a lot! I do recommend this medicine for fast and effective relief.
