I really like the taste of the cacao more than the original. I drink this for breakfast and occaisionaly lunch. it keeps me full for a long time and has helped me lose weight while exercising regularly .

this is a great way to replace meals or as a protien banana and berries milkshake. I prefer soylent over muscle milk.
