The hearth was a breeze to pick up at walmart and when we unpacked it the top was damaged I call the customer service # on install booklet they registered my unit and sent me a new top we put it all together its ready to go. at 96 degrees we will wait for hookup. I'm very pleased with the hearth.

My SO finally got this connected to our natural gas and it is so nice. He turned off the heat pump and the fireplace has warmed it up in here to 77 degrees in less than an hour. A very sturdy built and attractive fireplace. I haven't used the heater in cold weather yet but with this size heater(32,000 btu) it should keep us warm.
