to the folks complaining about the packaging being difficult.. You are doing it wrong. You have to fold at the dotted line, only then can you tear it open at the provided notch.

Works better than regular Prep H individual wipes. I love the packaging. It is, in fact, easy to open. Just find the cut-out notch. The lidocaine dulls the pain of hemorrhoids. Just wish I could get twice as many wipes for the price. But if you need it, you need it.
