okay so i baught this hair straightner for emergency purposes, however this should not even be considered a hair straightner as it is the WORST STYLING TOOL IVE EVER USED. IT DOES NOT heat up whatsoever! and is a waste of money BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES!

not hot enough and pulls hair! do not recommend. i have thin fine hair and it wouldn't even straighten out any kinks. the one level of heat is not hot enough to do anything. no wonder it was on clearance
