I received this pump from insurance and I despise it. These connectors do not create the same suction as previous model and my breasts are never emptied efficiently. I always have to hand express afterward. Also, they wear out very quickly. I've had it for two months and had to replace them already.

The membranes for this pump need to be sold separately, as mentioned by several other reviews. It is wasteful and expensive to replace the entire connector as often as needed.
