I like to use these protein shakes for my dessert,. They are tasty on their own or mixed with fruit. For an ice cream or milkshake type treat try blending with frozen bananas, strawberries or blueberries.

Great product. Does not need refrigeration, and keep a couple of these in my backpack while at work. Also, mix with milk to get a milkshake taste. Would recommend. Low in sugar.

These shakes are great. With 20 grams of protein, and all of the vitamins and minerals it is my favorite one. Drink it for breakfast or as a mid day snack- calories and fat are also very low. As a member of WW I am happy to report that the whole shake is only 1pt .
