these are deliciously satisfying with excellent macros. also, a serving size is 4 pieces. for the full feeling of satiation, I'll eat 2, then 1 about 15 mins later and the last one about 15 mins after that. it's a perfect treat.

A great low calorie snack with only one problem They taste too good lol I don't have that kind of willpower yet so I end up eating them very quickly , kind of defeats the purpose of them . I rate them 5 stars on the taste alone You decide for yourself though Just my opinion
