We use these in making chicken or beef chow mien. The results are always very good-equal to or better than restaurant versions. Be aware that they do contain mostly been sprouts.

packeging was damaged & cans dented. but overall it was good.

I really like LaChoy chop suey - eat it often. Can't figure out why Walmart doesn't stock it in their stores.
