This cous cous is really tasty. It's quick to prepare and delish, I highly recommend it. I often pair it with blackened salmon and asparagus.

Very tasty on its own but can be used under a casserole/crock pot dish (like mashed potatoes) as it soaks up the juices. Great for lunch box too eaten hot or cold and topped with peppers, onions, squash, tomatoes, cucumber.
