My 30-year-old son has been having serious problems sleeping for years. He had tried prescription sleeping pills and all kinds of herbal supplements, and had just about given up. He started taking this and now sleeps like a baby. It also has a great taste! Thumbs up!!

As a flight attendant I interact with a ton of people which means all sorts of germs. I love this stuff because it keeps me healthy and helps me sleep at weird times of the day like I need to! Highly recommend! (However, it's getting really hard to find in stores.) :(
