I have had many surgeries on both feet and I have neuropathy pain in both. This is one of the few things that takes the edge off the pain. Especially at night when the pain wakes me up. I think the spray works best.

This stuff worked on my pain. It used to come in a spray in the stores, but I only found the roll on. But it works, too.
