This is not the lowest calorie Isolate I've used, but honestly that is not a big deal to me. There is a huge dose of protein in this, so if you are down on your protein for the day and need a quick snack, you need to add this to your arsenal. It mixes well and quickly without any clumps.

I don?t know why people are complaining about the flavor. Honestly it?s not bad mixed with water. If you mix it with almond milk, it tastes like chocolate milk. Fantastic product. I drink a one scoop shake right after every workout I do. If you?re trying to bulk up buy this product.
