This is a great machine but I didn't even notice the cord to this was messed up until months later. Luckily I purchased the protection plan and was able to get a full refund to get another heat press.

TUSY Service Team was amazing. My press had some type of electrical issue. I contacted Tusy with my issue. I sent them a video of the press malfunctioning and in four days I had a brand spanking new one.. thank you Tusy.

Love my new heat press ! Heats up Great ! The only problem is the mat that comes with it ....it slides around ... so I just ordered a new mat for it and it works great ! Great product for the price !
