I rub a small amount on my calves at bedtime. It relieves the nerve and I can sleep comfortably. I only put it on if I can feel my nerves in the back of my legs starting to act up.

I've tried lots of pain relief rubs on the market. This one has worked the best for my lower back pain. It rubs in easily without the discomfort of menthol like so many have as a primary ingredient
