I was skeptical but my husband tried the red first and it did give him energy. He builds Thomas Built Busses which is an extremely physical job, he has cancer and is a diabetic . Both of which lowers energy . It's great because it does not make it your heart race .

I love these things. When ever i feel tired or low on energy i take one shot and i am back to 100%. But be careful, not every flavor is good tasting. Grape is probably the best flavor to start with.
