This item is great ! Just what was needed to keep wooden chairs from scratching the wood floors. The chairs glide on the floor and do not make noise or leave marks.

I am happy with these. They do the job. Yes, you do need to predrill a hole but I would expect to do that on wood as sturdy as furniture wood.

The glides work well on my new cushioned vinyl floor. Down side, 30 pieces only does seven and a half chairs. A set of 32 would have been best.

These Table Chair glides/slides are cheaply made. There are no instructions with them and I had four of them to bend and break off before I decided to drill a pilot hole before trying to nail them on the chair legs. If you buy these, make sure you buy lots of extras because they are inferior. ...
