For small boats, such as canoe, pedal boat and a sailing dinghy. this line is excellent as a dock line. It is easy to put in eye splices on both ends and is light weight for light duty. Serves my purpose well.

This is more like a heavy twine. It has a working tensile strength of 100lbs - which is not much of a working load. I bought this to use as an anchor line for a 3.5lb anchor because it had no strength rating on the online profile. This is not a "Utility Line" it is more like a twine you would use...
