Received Windows 10 and it was a genuine windows with activation key. Had to try to load it on a fresh computer a couple of times because I'd not changed a setting in the B550-F Asus motherboard. Changed BOOT Configuration from "Windows EUFI" to "OTHER" and everything loaded as it should.

this operating system is better than windows 8 It puts you into the original screen as the operating systems before windows 8 came out when you start up your computer. I got so I can upgrade from windows 8 since it works a lot better and it is a big improvement
