As most of the reviews said, easy to put together, comes with a firm mattress , I bought a fitted foam mattress cover to soften it some, but this bed will last a loooong time!!...made of metal and a good memory foam mattress...it's a good bed and easy enough to move from room to room if need be.....

The frame is incredibly sturdy and the 6 in. mattress is super comfortable. You cannot feel the frame through the mattress at all! Perfect as a daily bed. Frame folds for easy storage, but the mattress needs to be stored vertically or on it's side. It doesn't fold up like cheap roll-away bed matt...
