I bought two of these June of 2016, a pink one and a blue one, and now one won't come on. I am so frustrated because they were gifts for my grandchildren and I had to give my granddaughter my tablet so she would have one to use.

I bought 2 of these (blue ones) from walmart this yr so dec 23rd for my boys for xmas we wrapped them and they were so excited when they got them they both charged peferctly, the boys took them to their gmas house on xmas, they both died from being used all day but now 1 wont turn on, weve charge...

Didn't work properly out of the box, glitchy... Stopped working for good less than 2 weeks after opening it. Returning it today...

My son got this for Christmas from his grandma. It's only April 23rd and it has black screen. I can't get it to charge or even turn on.... My son loved the tablet. Very disappointing!!! Is there any warrant available to get a new one or my money back?

We bought two, one for each child. One pink for our 9 yr old daughter and a green for our 6 yr old son. They are perfect. Durable, easy, lots of nice features. We chose to disable a lot of the pre loaded stuff but even that was easy. I highly recommend.
