The salesperson said this was the best thing to move our stuff to the new laptop... we bought it. Had our I.T. guy come over to do the switch.. he installed, followed directions...after a while said "this sucks", and used a different method to complete the transfer of information.

Spent two hours trying to make it work. Followed directions, no luck. Then spent over an hour on the phone with customer service. Then spent another hour fixing things so I could spend over three hours moving stuff over from my old computer. And, of course, not everything would move, and lost all...

I was only able to transfer about one third from my old PC to my new HP. The printout did not explain why the majority of my files did not transfer. I could have saved money and just used a thumb drive to transfer this little bit. I am having to use a thumb drive now to transfer programs.

Main issue: Did not let me choose destination drive even though I had selected D instead of C. Also, did not move all files. If I had to do it again I would not use product.
