Fiber is part of a healthy diet. This makes getting enough fiber easy. It takes great and the price is good also. We always get Fiber One at Sam's.

These are the best great tasting fiber one bars. Small bars with a good chocolatey flavor and a punch of fiber. I love it. You can eat it and not feel guilty.
