Another quality BRM product. However, after I discovered whey protein (of different brands) through Swanson, I have switched to whey protein. Both BRM and whey protein can be used in cooking depending on the recipe. If I need more actual milk powder, I would purchase BRM again. Thank you!

I raised 6 boys and made all our bread, canned all the veggies, fruit, apple pie filling, etc. To this day with only two of us, I still make my mixes for hot cakes, cookies, etc. So, yes, I use my powdered milk in them and also my smoothies. I believe it is the best!

This is a great product! I use it mostly in a hot coco mix that I then put in my coffee. It definitely has a smoother, creamier mouth feel. It mixes into my coffee very well. No weird clumps that you have to wait to dissolve. The packaging is very easy to use. The shipping was quick and easy.
