My zeepad dont work i try to contact this people and is like they play me i never find this people and i cant send it or return back ,this zeepad look like it was use all 4 corner was double i dont know im so mad that i cant return it my son is autistic and he need it asap

touch the screen.Sounds like the it needs to be charged, when it doesn't. I want either a refund or a replacement but can't get ahold of the company :(

I bought this kids tablet for my granddaughter, but it only worked for about three months and died. It would never stay charged. i tried to return it but it was pass the 90 days policy. I do not recommend this product because it is not a good tablet even for a toddler. Never would work properly.

I bought my granddaughter one for Christmas It didn't work She was very disappointed & I'm still waiting on a reply back from them I told them i wanted to send that one back & receive another one that actually works I'm not very happy
