Stays crisp in milk, flavor is just the right amount of sweet, not like most sweet cereals. I am not starving an hour after eating it. I buy at least one box a week when I can catch it on the shelves

Quakeroats oatmeal squares brown sugar, and the other oatmeal squares all stay crunchy in milk and have a great flavor. They are even great for a warm breakfast if you use hot milk. Also very good for a snack right out of the box excellent flavor, not too sweet and are a satisfying snack
