I love this cereal. KETO FRIENDLY and tastes good. I use the unsweetened almond milk, and it's just like I'm eating cereal while watching cartoons as a kid on Saturday mornings again.

These are pretty good for a keto friendly, vegan cereal. They aren't very sweet or sugary tasting so I usually add some vanilla almond milk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kashi GO Keto Friendly Dark Cocoa Cereal is an ok option but I wouldn't consider it keto friendly. I comes in at a whopping 13 grams of net carbohydrates per ( 1 cup) serving and most KETO dieters keep their carbohydrate count under 20 grams...
