Excellent all purpose sauce! I use it on hard-boiled eggs, meats, and even toast. I haven't tried it on ice cream yet; but I'm considering it. The flavor is complete and the heat hits just right and doesn't keep building. Get the big bottle! You'll certainly use it all up!
