I've been using this for years and never seen a difference from the regular all purpose flour. I use it for all group events so everyone can enjoy my baked goods. I've made muffins, custard (pie), bread, cookies, etc. Hasn't let me down yet!

This has to be the best gluten free flour I have used! It is not gritty, crumbly, sticky, or gooey. It is a fabulous gf flour and I use it for everything!!! I even use it to make my dog treats!
